Lobe Pump

PL series pumps are specifically designed to make disassembly procedures (for inspection, cleaning, and maintenance) faster and easier. The forward-positioned seal ensures direct contact between the seals and the CIP (clean-in-place) fluids. Superior seal cleaning extends seal life and minimizes seal wear (product contamination).

Because the seals are positioned directly behind the rotors, areas where product accumulation could occur are eliminated, ensuring superior hygienic performance.

Thanks to its unique front-loading seal design, maintenance is faster, cleaning is easier, and downtime is shorter. By simply removing the front cover, the rotors and seals can be removed without disconnecting the pump from the pipeline.

PL series pumps are designed to work appropriately in food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical and all other hygienic pumping applications where stainless steel is resistant to the liquids being pumped.
